Now in their new location at 13160 S. Memorial, next to Valley National Bank, Twisted Soul Sisters has more than doubled its previous space with more selections of clothing, gifts, and of course, custom jewelry for that “wow” look that says you really have it together.
In keeping with their philosophy of “making old things new again,” Twisted Soul Sisters features thousands of vintage beads, buttons, charms, pendants and brooches for limitless possibilities in new jewelry designs. Customers come from as far away as Arkansas, Texas and Missouri to pick through bin after bin of treasures for their custom jewelry.
A lot of customers go through grandma’s jewelry box and find her favorite clip-on earrings or other pieces they would never wear. Co-owners and best friends, Kelly Corey and Marti Coleman, can take those items and rework them into stunning one-of-a-kind necklaces, bracelets, earrings or belt buckles that are still sentimental, yet exclusively updated for you. “Old brooches, especially, make great centerpieces for necklaces,” says Kelly.
For those who are tired of the boring clothes that you see at all the malls, the boutique provides a refreshing shopping experience to meet the needs of women and juniors. It’s not unusual to see moms, daughters and grandmothers shopping together and enjoying the new and vintage mix throughout the store.
Team members get to know their customers and what they want. They go to market, along with Kelly and Marti, to help make the right selections that keep customers coming back.
The core denim line, Dear John, features soft and comfortable jeans in eight cuts and seven washes. Even ladies who say they have never been able to find a pair of jeans that fit are amazed to discover the perfect pair of jeans.
Back to school and seasonal transition T-shirts, tops, slacks, skirts and sweaters are waiting to turn heads on the street. For footwear, a pair of Corral or Dingo boots could complete your dress or casual look.
Twisted Soul Sisters also features products for home, gifts or pampering. If a birthday, wedding, anniversary, hostess or thank-you gift is in order, the Mud Pie line has something with an expensive look at an affordable price. The new line of Archipelago candles and diffusers are another idea. Gift wrapping is always free with any purchase.
You can also give yourself a real treat with Baby Foot. This foot exfoliate peel gets rid of ugly, cracked, dry skin that even regular pedicures can’t remove. According to Kelly, this product flies off the shelf.
Plaster Paint is another popular item in the store. This all-purpose paint line will cover just about anything, without sanding or scraping. It comes in 30 fashionable colors and sells for about half the cost of its leading competitors.
Lots of new merchandise lines are available now, including three new plus-size lines with clothing to size 22 and tops to 4X. Very special holiday wear with a little or a lot of glitz is on its way. No matter when you go, every visit to Twisted Soul Sisters is a shopping experience you are sure to repeat.
