Service Manager Steve Harper of Danny Beck Chevrolet genuinely enjoys helping people.
The common denominator you’ll find when visiting with the employees of Danny Beck Chevrolet on New Sapulpa Road in Tulsa is how much respect they have for Danny Beck and the way he operates his dealership.
Danny Beck Chevrolet Service Manager Steve Harper has been employed in the Tulsa market for four and a half years. He joined the Danny Beck service team at the end of last year.
According to Harper, “Our service team strives to deliver outstanding customer service to every client. Whether it is individual car or truck owners or the fleets that we serve, our goal is to treat people fairly and honestly, and we work hard to make sure that is our number one priority.” The dealership carries authentic Chevy parts and accessories, and they service every automotive product they sell.
Most service problems can be resolved within the same day. Some diesel and transmission work may take a little longer.
Danny Beck Chevrolet is recognized as the leading truck dealer in Oklahoma. They are acknowledged truck specialists, and approximately 50 percent of the service and periodic maintenance work they perform is on vehicles owned by individuals. The dealership also maintains fleet vehicles for businesses.
“This is the most unique shop I’ve ever worked,” explained Harper. “The feeling at Danny Beck Chevrolet is that of being on a team. The guys here are honest, hardworking, and I consider them a family.” Harper says that he sincerely trusts every employee in his department.
Harper gives Danny Beck the credit for making the real difference at this dealership, because he establishes an “at home” atmosphere among all employees. Danny has a long history of giving back to the communities he serves in the Tulsa metropolitan area. Harper added, “Danny has a big heart, and he feels he is here to help people.” Danny Beck’s crew says he demonstrates that generosity every day in everything he does, and it is contagious to those who know and work for him.
The positive attitude exemplified by any successful organization must start at the top. When the person in charge has earned the respect of his or her employees by treating them and the organization’s customers justly, it goes a long way toward assuring overall success. When you visit with employees of Danny Beck Chevrolet, that’s the feeling you get.
