Fall is without a doubt the most beautiful season in Tulsa, and The Hamlet at 91st and Sheridan has just added a patio and full bar, making it the perfect location to enjoy the weather.

“We wanted to provide a setting to enjoy a great meal and a glass of wine on a gorgeous patio,” says Shannon Hester, co-owner of The Hamlet. Ever since Shannon and her family (she co-owns with her husband, Bryan, her sister, Crystal Vivion, and their father, Gordon Pendergraft) opened the location at 91st and Sheridan in the mid-90s, their friends and customers have commented how great the ambience is on the patio. So, this year, the decision was made to renovate and offer customers an added bonus to their meal. Bryan led the renovations, which have just been completed.

Along with the revamped patio, The Hamlet has added a full bar inside, along with a huge TV (Shannon hints that her husband was keen to perfect the video and audio for viewing sports). Now, customers can catch up with friends and family and keep up on the big game while enjoying a drink or two. “We have a great wine list,” adds Shannon, “with an affordable house wine. And the flatbread is incredible!”

The Hamlet hosts happy hour, too – the perfect time to drop by and sample the flatbread and scout the menu for a future lunch or dinner. Lunch is anchored in The Hamlet’s famous honey-kissed ham and turkey selection, with plenty of deli sandwiches to satisfy the pickiest of eaters. Wraps and salads are available too. Dinner is a bit more elaborate, featuring steak, pasta and other entrées, as well as soups and salads. A wide variety of appetizers – and the full bar – will ensure your dinner will start with a smile.

What holiday meal would be complete without a ham or turkey at the center of the table? The Hamlet is famous for its honey-kissed ham and roasted turkey, and specializes in holiday orders. Take the stress out of cooking and order your ham or turkey in advance. It is easy to order; just go online to The Hamlet’s website and click “Reserve Your Order Now.” They have a full holiday dinner menu, including sides and desserts, as well as a catering menu and party trays of meats and cheeses.

Or, better yet, just bring the entire family or office to The Hamlet and let them do all the work for you. The Hamlet hosts parties for families and businesses. Renting a space is just as easy as ordering a ham.

For gifts, The Hamlet has you covered as well. Choose from a selection of ham gift baskets, from small to extra-large – or customize a basket to suit your needs. Baskets include honey-kissed ham, cream cheese and crackers, roasted raspberry chipotle sauce, specialty mustard sauce, Boar’s Head cheeses, French bread, and nuts and candy. Or, keep it simple and purchase a gift card – always a safe choice for offices.

Year round, The Hamlet is a great place for a quick snack and a drink with coworkers or a dinner with family and friends. But, as fall heads into the holiday stretch, the family-owned restaurant and catering company really shines.
