Isabell Estes, franchise owner of The Entrepreneur’s Source, displays six of the hundreds of opportunities she works with every day.

The Entrepreneur’s Source is one of North America’s leading business and franchise consulting organizations, helping individuals transition into a new and exciting career, setting the culture for each individual’s work environment, and providing financial freedom and flexibility.

Isabell Estes, both a self-sufficiency advocate and career transition coach, opened the Tulsa Branch of the Entrepreneur’s Source to inform individuals of the choices that are available to those interested in self-employment. While most of Isabell Estes’ clientele include people who are interested in a second career, or stay-at-home mothers transitioning into the job market, Estes describes the benefits of self-employment as a lifestyle of flexibility, with each individual able to set his or her own hours, as well as the financial freedom granted from owning and operating one’s own business. Isabell Estes received her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Tulsa in Business, and currently serves as a member of the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce, is a board member of the Jenks Public School Foundation, is a past president of Leadership Tulsa, a member of the Women’s Business Advisory Group EWF International, and serves on three community boards. Before joining the The Entrepreneur’s Source, Isabell Estes worked in the Marketing and Public Relations arena for several companies, including Tele-Communications, Tulsa Public Schools, and T.V. Guide.

Self-employment is a career alternative, and Isabell Estes has a strong desire for people to see their potential, and to introduce them to possibilities they might not have known were available. “I’ve done this myself”, says Estes, “I know what it’s like to be in career transition”. With that in mind, Estes is interested in saving the individual time and money by personally taking an interest in the success of each, mapping out the goals and expectations of each client in an effort to find a business venture that lines up with personal needs. “Business is a vehicle to what you want to accomplish. Life is about choices, therefore I teach opportunity-choices and inform my clients of what they need to know to be successful”, says Estes, “Ninety-five percent of my clients discover options and resources they did not know were available. I’m simply making the information available”. Coupled with education and personal coaching, Estes has knowledge of business opportunities around the world that can aid an individual in stepping into the world of self-employment.

Available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., as well as optional times for those who need earlier or later appointments, Estes works with both national and local clientele. She also works with small businesses that wish to look at franchising as a method of expansion.

If you, or someone you know, is interested in self-employment, but is unsure of where to begin, Isabell Estes can meet with you to discuss your options, career goals, financial aspirations, as well as inform and encourage you to personally achieve a lifestyle of flexibility, both personally and financially. At The Entrepreneur’s Source “Your success is our only business”.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
