As firework stands across green country prepare for a blast on the 4th of July, American Heritage Bank is hard at work putting the finishing touches on the 17th annual fireworks show.  With more than 15,000 of Sapulpa’s finest watching the show and listening to the live broadcast, it is sure to be the firework event of the season.

“People look forward to seeing the show, and we work hard to give it to them” says Sarah McCormick, vice president and marketing director of American Heritage Bank. While it is true that many communities boast firework shows around our nation’s birthdate, American Heritage’s show in Sapulpa has been a crowd pleaser for 17 years with good reason. The fireworks presentation, provided by locally owned Celebration Pyrotechnics, is dynamite.  Paired with the choreographed music by Four Winds, the show is truly awe inspiring.

Patrons are encouraged to bring radios to listen the patriotic music and live broadcast.  The music can be heard within a two mile radius on 88.5 FM. Kids Korner festivities will open 7:00 p.m. until dark with the display scheduled for 9:45 p.m.

“We invite everyone to bring their lawn chairs, picnic baskets, footballs, and Frisbees for an old-fashioned fireworks display.  This is a fun event for the entire family,” encourages Sarah. The fireworks will be launched from the Sapulpa Municiple Golf Course. Viewing and parking are available in the Sapulpa Wal-Mart parking lot and the grassy fields east of and behind Wal-Mart.

“American Heritage Bank sponsors this show in order to say ‘thank you’ to our community for all their support, business, and patronage,” says Sarah. “Bring the whole family out and join the fun!”
