Teresa M. Grasso is the Managing Attorney in the Social Security Law Center in Tulsa.

Social Security Law Center, LLC, has been in business since 1990 and is one of the largest firms providing Social Security representation in the State of Oklahoma.  They have successfully represented thousands of clients and their total focus is on Social Security Disability Law.  “It’s all we do,” said Teresa Grasso, Managing Attorney for the Tulsa Office.  “We help our clients get disability benefits.” According to Ms. Grasso, there are a lot of law firms requiring that the client has been denied disability before the firm will consider taking the case. Unlike other firms, Social Security Law Center prefers to be involved from the very beginning, before you’ve ever filed a claim.

Social Security Law Center believes that local representation is the best representation and it should always be convenient for clients to visit with their attorney.  That’s why the firm has offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Bartlesville and Miami.  The company’s attorneys have over 40 years of combined experience and choose to keep case loads small to ensure that each client gets the attention they deserve.  The Tulsa office serves the Tulsa Metropolitan Area and surrounding areas.

Ms. Grasso grew up in south Tulsa and graduated from Jenks High School.  She attended the University of Oklahoma where she graduated with distinction in 2001 and was bestowed with the honor of receiving the Maehl Award.  In 2004, Ms. Grasso graduated with distinction from the OU College of Law with two academic achievement awards.  While in Law School, she served as the business manager of the Oklahoma Journal of Law and Technology and was a member of the American Indian Law Review.

She is also a graduate of the Interdisciplinary Training Program through the University of Oklahoma Health and Science Center College of Medicine. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, Northern District of Oklahoma, Eastern District of Oklahoma, and the 10th Circuit US Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Tulsa Interagency Council (TIC) and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR). A frequent featured speaker at seminars, support groups, and mental health facilities in the Tulsa Metro Area, Ms. Grasso explains and discusses matters relating to Social Security disability benefits.

Through zealous representation of her clients, Ms. Grasso has won hundreds of cases. Her comprehensive knowledge of Social Security law coupled with diligent development of her cases has made her one of the top representatives in the Tulsa area.

“I have a very enjoyable and rewarding job,” says Ms. Grasso.  She has been at Social Security Law Center for eight years and loves making clients happy by helping keep them from losing their homes, keeping them out of foreclosure, helping the homeless get housing, and helping ensure that clients get the medical assistance they need.  “We have a great support staff and when you call, a real person will answer the phone.  And if a case necessitates, we’ll take it all the way to Federal Court,” she adds.  Your case always stays in-house with the Social Security Law Center.

“You’re not just a number with us, but quite the opposite,” said Ms. Grasso.  “If you have a need for Social Security Disability representation, please contact us.”  Your initial visit is free and there are no obligations.  “You pay a fee only if we win your case.”  Call or visit the website for more information.
