Joe Marina Honda Express Service Manager Michael Yarber discusses a brake issue with Service Technician Chad Hargrove.
Joe Marina Honda’s Express Service is Express Service Certified. For a Honda dealership to achieve such certification from American Honda, they must meet or exceed standards in the following areas: speed of service that matches your lifestyle, dedicated employees to meet your needs, fully-trained Honda technicians, genuine Honda parts used to service your vehicle, multi-point inspection on every vehicle to ensure safety and durability, assurance that you understand the work performed and the charges on your vehicle, and stringent quality standards. If you need fast, quality service on your Honda vehicle, Joe Marina Honda can meet your needs.
Express Service Manager Michael Yarber has been employed at Joe Marina for the past 13 years and says, “It’s still a great place to work – it’s like a family-run business. I would bring my car here for service even if I didn’t work here.”
An appointment isn’t necessary to bring your vehicle in for Express Service at Joe Marina Honda. While there, it will receive the Honda multi-point vehicle inspection. The exterior will be checked to make sure items such as the headlights, tail lights, brake lights, hazard warning lights, turn signals, parking brake, horn, and windshield wipers and system are all working properly. They will check under the hood as well, making sure fluid levels (oil/coolant/power steering fluid, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid, and automatic transmission fluid) are clean and at their proper levels. They’ll even check under the vehicle –brake lines, hoses, parking brake cable, shock absorbers, struts, suspension, tie rod ends and boots. They check exhaust systems and look for engine oil or other fluid leaks, and inspect tires and make a record of wear patterns and tread depth, along with recommendations for service or replacement.
The Express Service area specializes in quick repairs including tires, brakes, batteries, wiper inserts, oil and filter changes. Any item or service recommended and approved by you is completed with genuine Honda parts or Honda-approved products. Each time you visit, your vehicle is returned to you freshly washed.
When you’re in need of new tires for your Honda, check with a service advisor at Joe Marina’s Express Service. They carry only major tire brands approved and recommended for use on your Honda. Each tire they sell carries road hazard insurance, providing repair or replacement for 12 months. Plus, free tire rotation is provided free of charge every 6,000 miles on any vehicle running on tires purchased at Joe Marina. Make just one stop for professional vehicle care on everything from fluids to light bulbs to radiators to transmission services. Products sold by Joe Marina are of the finest quality, and you will find both products and services very competitively priced.
While your Honda is being serviced, a play area for kids is available, and adults will find the lounge area comfortable with a television, plenty of magazines, vending machines, coffee and donuts each morning, and popcorn each afternoon.
The Express Service department at Joe Marina Honda sends out service reminders to customers who desire to receive them, plus periodic service specials.
“It’s our goal to set ourselves apart from other automobile dealers with our quality service and outstanding value,” says Yarber.
