The friendly, courteous and professional staff of South Pointe Chevrolet is very proud of their recently remodeled store and invites the public to come in for a look. Whether you’re shopping for a new or pre-owned vehicle or would just like to see the new place, you’re invited to stop by and say hello.
The major remodeling project of the South Pointe store began in early June of this year, and the dealership apologizes to customers for the inconveniences of remodeling, but offers assurances that the results will be well worth it. South Pointe has been expanding for years and, as fixed operations director Mike Griffin puts it, “This project just makes us bigger and better equipped to provide first-class customer services to all our patrons.”
The dealership has always been dedicated to providing the finest customer service available in the Tulsa area. “Our newly remodeled facility gives us a customer-friendly atmosphere in our showroom and in every related department, which will enable us to better serve those who choose to do business with us,” adds Griffin.
South Pointe will be celebrating a grand reopening event in the near future and encourages area residents to watch for the announcement and date. All are invited to come to the celebration to see the results of the remodeling and the new 2009 models that will be on display.
Mike Griffin, fixed operations director for South Pointe Chevrolet, is excited about the dealership’s newly remodeled store on South Memorial.
Kevin Benton, South Pointe service manager, is proud of the efforts his staff makes to provide the highest quality automotive care possible to customers. “Our state-of-the-art facility features some of the finest and most current diagnostic and repair equipment available, and our highly skilled and factory-trained technicians do their best to provide efficient, quality care to our customers’ vehicles,” he says. You may drive in to the dealership’s service department whenever your vehicle needs repairs, or you may go online to make an appointment.
According to Griffin, “Our sales department’s main purpose is to exceed the expectations of our patrons from their first test drive to delivery of their new or used vehicle. We are committed to providing a no-pressure, high integrity approach to their ownership experience.” When customers drive away in the vehicle of their choice, South Pointe Chevrolet wants them to feel that they have just selected the perfect car for their needs.
To maintain optimum vehicle performance, South Pointe recommends the same parts that were installed at the time your car was manufactured. The dealership’s parts department maintains an inventory of those same high-quality parts.
Whether you buy a new or pre-owned vehicle from South Pointe Chevrolet, you can be assured that the finance department has a team of professionals that specializes in a variety of financial solutions. Working with many financial institutions, they are able to assist qualified customers with their individual credit needs.
“Whenever you’re ready to shop for a new vehicle, we’ve got you covered,” says Griffin. “We are ready to provide you with any and all of the help you need – in each of our newly remodeled departments.” Stop by soon to see the “new” South Pointe Chevrolet store and new Chevy offerings.
