South Pointe Chevrolet Service Manager Kevin Copeland announces Tuesday, May 10 as the inaugural New Vehicle Owner Clinic for customers recently purchasing new or pre-owned Chevy or GM products.
South Pointe Chevrolet has announced that they will host monthly New Vehicle Owner Clinics for customers recently purchasing either new or pre-owned Chevy or GM automobiles. According to Service Manager Kevin Copeland, “These clinics will be great opportunities for our new owners to fully familiarize themselves with their new vehicles, including all the interior features of today’s GM products plus the many additional products and services offered by the South Pointe service department.”
The inaugural New Vehicle Owner Clinic is scheduled for May 10, 2011 at 7 p.m. in the showroom of South Pointe Chevrolet, located at 9146 S. Memorial in Tulsa. Space is limited. If you plan on attending the clinic on May 10, please contact Shelia Olden at (918) 481-8000 to reserve your spot. This will be an enjoyable and educational evening for new owners.
Each attendee is encouraged to make prior notes of any features with which they may not be familiar – GPS and navigation, OnStar, or the many other features found in today’s quality Chevy and GM vehicles. Owners will be invited to direct their questions to GM certified technicians, service advisors, and South Pointe service managers. The clinics are held in a casual setting for new vehicle owners and are a great opportunity to get to know the individuals who take care of South Pointe customers and their automobiles.
The operation of vital systems and the very basic components designed into your vehicle will be discussed and explained, including brakes, shocks, engine, transmission, and steering. Those attending will also be familiarized with routine maintenance schedules and the enhancements increasing vehicle performance. This will be an opportunity to learn things about your Chevy that you possibly never knew. “At the conclusion of each clinic, each of our attending customers should have a much better understanding of how their automobiles function,” said Copeland. “South Pointe is committed to making sure our owners know how to take care of their new vehicle the best way possible.”
When you attend an owner clinic, you will have the chance to sign up for South Pointe’s Preferred Owner Program, whereby you can earn rebates for future purchases or services provided by South Pointe. There is absolutely no cost to sign up; it’s free, and it’s like putting money in your pocket.
“You can buy just about anything for your Chevrolet or GM automobile at South Pointe, except gasoline,” said Copeland. The dealership now carries a complete line of competitively priced tires, batteries and accessories for your vehicle. They have a great display of many of the tires available that include most major brands. The tires they sell are the highest quality and are very competitively priced, according to Copeland. South Pointe has become a genuine one-stop automotive shop.
Owner Clinics will be held the second Tuesday of each month. The owners of new or pre-owned vehicles are invited to be South Pointe’s guests as they learn more about their automobiles and enjoy light refreshments.
South Pointe has new Saturday extended service hours: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Daily operating hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
