As Owasso’s leading apartment community, The Villas at Bailey Ranch has been growing since the property was purchased in 1999. Developed in three phases, the apartment complex offers a variety of luxury living arrangements, all of which are located on the 18th hole of the Bailey Ranch Golf Club.
The Villas at Bailey Ranch has continued to welcome new residents throughout the years, resulting in the addition of the Phase II development to the original property in 2003. With a growing number of people wanting to live at the Villas, the apartment community has once again expanded. The state-of-the-art Phase III units have been available since January and are in high demand.
All apartments in Phases I, II and III feature private balconies, 24-hour access to a fitness center, walk-in closets, a children’s playground, frost-free refrigerators and endless hours at the pool, which recently opened for the season. With more updates and newer amenities, the indulgent Phase III apartments have many special features not offered in those of Phases I and II. A washer and dryer in each unit, chrome fixtures, granite-like countertops, a ceiling fan in each bedroom and an overall larger layout are just a few of the amenities unique to Phase III.
Setting the Villas at Bailey Ranch apart from other apartments in Owasso is the availability of individual garages. Separate garages were added in the construction of Phase III and are quickly being rented by residents. Loft units are also available in Phase III, each including its own garage.
A recent change in management has brought a fresh approach to the Villas at Bailey Ranch. The property is still run by Case and Associates, but Malinda Palmer has taken over as property manager. Palmer says, “A new flavor has been brought to the property, presenting a different perspective on things.” The Villas at Bailey Ranch hopes to better serve its residents with its changes.
The Villas staff has also been extended to help with the growth of the apartment community and assist residents. “We have an excellent staff. We’re all Owasso residents with the exception of one person who lives in Tulsa, and we’re all people pleasers who try our best to make residents happy,” Palmer mentions.
The Villas at Bailey Ranch attempts to suit the needs of its residents, not just with an accommodating staff, but with its wide variety of leasing lengths. Residents can have leases arranged for any number of months from six to 12. Students find the leasing options convenient, as they can rent apartments for nine-month terms, the length of the full school year. The Villas also offers three-month, short-term leases for a small surcharge, a luxury that is not found at many apartment complexes in the Tulsa metro. All leases are prorated, meaning residents can move in any day they choose and pay only for those days.
The convenient leasing agreements and luxurious apartment homes are enough to make anybody want to live at the Villas at Bailey Ranch. Residents are pampered with discounts at the Bailey Ranch Golf Club and frequent drawings for large prizes. Pets are also welcome in any of the units. Palmer says, “We love pets. Sometimes we jokingly say that we have more pets than residents.”
