Ralph Higinbotham, owner of Premier Collision Center in Broken Arrow, leads a team of highly skilled technicians that transform your wrecked vehicle into before-the-accident condition, while extending a lifetime warranty on all repairs and paint as long as you own the vehicle.
It’s never much fun having to take your car to a body shop after it’s been involved in a wreck or even a minor fender bender, but you’ll notice your attitude beginning to improve immediately after walking through the front doors of Premier Collision Center and receiving a heartfelt greeting by Fay Higinbotham. Ralph Higinbotham and his wife Fay own the Broken Arrow collision repair center, and Faye has a way of putting a smile on just about anybody’s face.
When you visit the website for Premier Collision, you’ll find three quotes that pretty well sum up the business attitudes of the owners and their team of professionals. “Integrity is doing the right thing, whether or not anyone is watching.” (Wyatt Earp); “Fast is fine, but accuracy is everything.” (Wyatt Earp); and “The only source of knowledge is experience.” (Albert Einstein).
Premier specializes in collision repairs on just about any car or truck. They provide conventional dent repair plus Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). This is a method of removing minor dents as long as the painted surface is intact. PDR is used on aluminum and steel automobile panels.
“We generally utilize PDR in the repair of vehicles with hail damage, door dings, minor creases, large dents and bodyline damages,” says Ralph. “PDR is also used to prep a damaged panel to minimize the use of body filler prior to repainting. This type of repair can save you and the insurance company a lot of money.”
Premier Collision Center works with all insurance companies and provides direct repair for many. “We offer a lifetime warranty on paint and workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle,” said Fay.
Ralph, Fay and the Premier staff take a lot of pride in the finished products they deliver. It’s no accident that the majority of their business comes from word-of-mouth referrals and repeat customers. “Our employee team represents hundreds of years of combined industry experience, and we pride ourselves in having both the experience and knowledge to restore your vehicle to its before-the-accident condition,” said Ralph.
The BBB gives Premier Collision an A+ rating, meaning that Premier meets BBB accreditation standards, including a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints that may arise.
“Customers tell us they’re pleased with the quality of the repair when work on their vehicle is completed. Consequently, they come back if they ever need our services again. And they refer us to friends. Our customers know they can depend on us to do a quality repair, and their satisfaction is our ultimate goal,” said Fay.
