Craig Goldrich grew up in New York City and has had a most interesting past leading him to his current position as owner of four Tulsa RV locations.  His journey has included that of car salesman, a traveling RV salesman on the east coast and travels to many regional and national RV expos in the far western part of the country.
While traveling through Oklahoma one year, Goldrich was forced to stop in the Tulsa area for repairs on his own fifth wheel.  While visiting with the owner of the repair shop, Goldrich said, “Selling RVs is what I do.”  The shop’s main business was repairs and service, but the owner confided that he did have some consignments on his lot.  One thing led to another, the owner was impressed with Craig and his knowledge of the RV industry, so he offered him a job.  Goldrich accepted and was now an Okie.
Seven years ago Goldrich had the opportunity to purchase the lease and Tulsa RV name. Today there are four Tulsa RV locations: The West lot specializes in sales, parts and service and is located at 15525 E Admiral Pl in Tulsa; The Pre-Owned lot does sales of used and consignment units and is located at 16711 E Admiral Pl in Tulsa; the East lot provides sales and service and is located at 20213 E Admiral Pl in Catoosa; and the newest, recently opened facility is Tulsa RV Parts & Rentals located at 16527 E Admiral Pl in Tulsa.

Through years of experience, Craig has found that a key element to keeping clients happy is to be realistic when they come in, don’t make promises you know you can’t keep, and to deliver more than the customer expects.
