Making the most of your auto service experience shouldn’t be a dreaded visit. You should be able to take in your vehicle, get it diagnosed, get maintenances and trust that you will be treated honestly and fairly with integrity and accuracy. Jim Glover Chevrolet, in Tulsa, is one of the premier auto dealerships in Oklahoma. They have received numerous awards throughout the years based on verified results from comprehensive surveys taken by customers of the dealership.
“From our owners down, we recognize that our customers have a lot of choices for their service needs. Our team of service advisors don’t take customers for granted and try our best everyday to walk in our customers shoes - listening carefully to their auto service needs, so that their jobs are done right the first time,” said Kevin Thames, service manager. Kevin adds strength to Jim Glover Chevrolet with over 11 years in the profession. His personal motto is “Work for the Best and Be the Best.”
“We want our customers to love our dealership and know how special they are to each of us. The Jim Glover Chevrolet service department is not about the car…it’s about you, our customers. We appreciate all of our loyal customers and it has been so nice to continuously see familiar faces that have followed us to our location at I-44 & Arkansas River.”
Technology is a vital part of your vehicle so you want to think about the possible severity of your problem when you hear an unusual sound, or are experiencing a problem. Kevin said many vehicles have over 20 computer modules in their systems. There are some problems that can only be accurately diagnosed, repaired and programmed at the dealership. The Glover’s technical staff includes Master Certified Technicians with 12 to 30 years experience. All levels of technicians participate in ongoing schooling to increase their knowledge and maintain high quality certifications.
The dealership features many customer conveniences. A waiting lounge that’s very clean and comfortable, free donuts and popcorn, vending machines, big screen televisions, wi-fi, independent charging stations and even a separate playroom for the kids. Additionally, loaner vehicles are available while your car is being repaired with an appointment, as well as, a free shuttle service to get you home or to work on time. Uniquely, they also have free bicycles and helmets available if you would rather spend your time cycling by the river.
The Glover’s are proud to stand by their work. “We pride ourselves in consistently doing the job right the first time,” emphasized Kevin. Chevrolet warranties are accepted regardless of where you purchased your vehicle; nearly all extended warranties; and Certified Service warranties are also available with many parts and labor that we sell, too. It always feels good to tell a customer their car is fixed and it was covered by a warranty.”
Vehicle customization is also big here. Their accessory department has several in-stock options and special order products available. Performance vehicle owners will find everything they need to modify and tailor their cars and trucks…including, window tint, bed liners, lift kits, running boards, wheels, tires, leveling kits, lighting, and so much more. Major brand tires are offered and detail services will help your car shine like a dime.
Being a part of the big picture is best when having repairs done. Kevin concluded by saying that “Our customer support staff is truly wonderful and gets all the credit for our incredible customer satisfaction. Whether buying or servicing your vehicle – we will educate you on what is needed and give you all the important information for making your best decision…each of us doing our part to provide you with a superior customer service experience.”
