Honey Baked Ham of Tulsa has delicious options for your holiday gifts and dining.

Honey Baked Ham Co. and Cafe of Tulsa opened doors in 2003.  Lee Griffin became the Owner/Operator in 2010 and currently serves families, businesses and organizations throughout the Tulsa Metro.  Honey Baked Ham, turkey and other specialty products are recognized across the country as a superior holiday and special occasion choice.  Customers select from packaged product offerings…or make their own custom package for family, business employees and clients.

“We do everything possible to make Honey Baked products special,” said Lee.  It dates back to the 1940s when the parent company founder patented the perfect final touch to his gourmet hams…the spiral-slicing process.  Each ham was prepared using the founder’s unique curing and cooking procedure producing highest quality, bone-in smoked hams for a truly “one-of-a-kind” result.  The first Honey Baked Ham Co. store was opened in 1957 in Detroit, Michigan. 

The Company is still family-owned and uses the founder’s original procedures in the preparation of each product. 

“That’s one of the key elements making Honey Baked Ham so special and different from similar products.  Our Whole Honey Baked Turkeys are available roasted, smoked or Cajun style,” said Lee.

Hams are slow-cooked for 20-24 hours with real Hickory wood and strictly monitored to maintain highest standards ensuring each to be moist, tender and flavorful.

“Being consistent in what we do is just one of the reasons Honey Baked Ham Co. has remained an industry leader for nearly 60 years,” added Lee.

Honey Baked Ham products are produced, cooked and spiral sliced by three facilities in the U.S. prior to delivery to Honey Baked Ham stores in 37 states.  Products are shipped under strict temperature conditions and, once received by a store, each ham goes through a 21 point inspection.  The founder’s unique hand-glaze is then applied to one product at a time, making sure the highest level of satisfaction is maintained from beginning to the customer.

In addition to Honey Baked Hams and Turkeys, Honey Baked Ham stores offer a plethora of other products including sandwiches, signature salads, soups, fresh deli sides and specialty desserts of pies, cakes and much more.

On Friday, October 28th, Lee Griffin opened “Your Pie,” a restaurant featuring high-quality Pizza products.  Your Pie ¬¬invited the community to enjoy a free lunch or dinner on that day while employees were in training.  Patrons were asked if they would like to make a donation to The Little Lighthouse with all proceeds going to the 501(c)( 3) charitable organization. 

“Employees received their in-store training, guests enjoyed a free meal, and Little Lighthouse profited from all donations made by caring Tulsa patrons,” said Lee.  Your Pie is located at 71st & Lewis in Tulsa.  Give ‘em a try for lunch or dinner.  It’s a great place to bring the family.
