Mike Rener, lead service drive manager, and Randy Brooks, service advisor, have recently returned to South Pointe Chevrolet.
South Pointe Chevrolet’s customers are comfortable and pleased with the dealership’s reliable automotive sales and service. In conjunction with the upcoming remodeling of the Chevrolet department, new and exciting expansion projects are underway. Customer satisfaction is expected to increase with the new changes at South Pointe.
South Pointe Chevrolet’s operation is expanding to open the brand new South Pointe Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The new facility will be in a separate building at 92nd Street and Memorial, featuring the combined inventories of Downtown Dodge and Crown Auto World Jeep Chrysler, both of which are closing. The new facilities are expected to open by early June.
South Pointe Chevrolet’s Mike Griffin, fixed operations director, says, “The Chrysler Jeep Dodge department will have 26,000-square-feet for parts storage, as well as 40 service bays.” The service that South Pointe customers have always relied on will soon be reaching new heights.
In addition to the opening of South Pointe Chrysler Jeep Dodge, a complete renovation of the current Chevrolet dealership will take place later this year. Although many changes are taking place at South Pointe, the same great service advisors and staff will still be available.
Included in South Pointe’s expansion is the addition of more pre-owned, certified vehicles. About 400 cars will be added on two separate lots. The Chevrolet division will add up to 200 more certified, pre-owned cars to its inventory, and the new Chrysler Jeep Dodge division will have up to 200, as well. South Pointe has jumped on board with General Motors’ recent enhancements to its pre-owned, certified line of cars. New benefits are now offered by GM, including the extension of each car’s warranty to 100,000 miles. Customers can count on a larger selection of dependable vehicles.
Griffin sees South Pointe’s affiliation with GM’s pre-owned, certified vehicle program as a significant opportunity for consumers to make wiser automobile purchases. He says, “Our products are already backed by long-term warranties. Customers can expect more coverage for their investments.”
Customers will appreciate the expanded inventory and upgraded facilities at South Pointe. The new BMW of Tulsa will join the openings and upgrades at its 97th Street and Memorial location. Mark Haberfield, general manager at South Pointe Chevrolet, says, “Because of the success we have had with Chevrolet, our staff feels confident that we can take on additional car lines.”
New changes on the staff will be pleasing to customers. “Two former, highly-regarded service team members have returned home,” Griffin says. Mike Rener, lead service drive manager, and Randy Brooks, service advisor, are once again providing outstanding service to their huge clientele.
The combination of a new, larger inventory selection, renovated sales and service facilities, improved warranties on certified, pre-owned vehicles and familiar, trusted faces assure you quality vehicles with great service. South Pointe stands behind its name with many satisfied customers.
Customers will be more than satisfied at the expanded South Tulsa dealership. South Pointe Chevrolet invites you to experience its excellence. “Come to South Tulsa and see the new complex,” Griffin says. “This is a bigger and better deal for our growing number of customers.”
