Sometimes the good guys still finish first, and you won’t find a nicer guy than Steve Rainwater, owner of Steve’s Restoration Painting. Steve works by a code of ethics that some would find old-fashioned; he makes sure that every customer knows they are valued, and the job is done to their complete satisfaction. Even if it takes a little extra time, the customer is always taken care of. No matter how small or how large, Steve guarantees the job will be done right.

A cancer survivor, Steve is proud to say that he has been in the paint and restoration business since 1974. “I work with one goal in mind,” says Steve. “To treat each job as if I were painting or fixing my own home – to treat it with care and make sure it is done right. It may take a little longer to do it that way, but it is the right way to do business.” This attention to detail and customer care is what has made Steve a successful and trusted businessman.

Whether the work you need done is interior or exterior, commercial or residential, Steve is the man to call. “One of the ways I take care of my clients is that I don’t use pressure washers to hose down the exterior of people’s homes,” he explains. “It may be good enough with some companies, but I have seen this process cause damage to a home’s wood or siding, or even create a water damage problem that the homeowner will have to take care of down the road. I just can’t do that.” Steve has been known to use a bucket with soap and water and some good old-fashioned elbow grease in order to make sure he does the safest and best job possible.

No job is too small or two large, Steve says. He will be happy to paint your front door or your entire home inside and out. And, you can rest assured it will be done right. He is an expert at texturing walls, drywall so smooth you will never see a seam, and restoration projects that are expertly completed. Many people don’t know there is a difference when it comes to hiring someone to handle your paint and home remodel needs. But, there is a difference.
