Susan Todd, developer and builder, offers high-quality, unique homes just south of Tulsa.

Coal Creek Landing is located south of Tulsa, only half a mile east of Highway 75 on 121st Street. An occasional deer may be seen crossing the creek, or the whining of coyotes may be heard during the night or early morning hours. While the Coal Creek Landing addition of homes offers the feeling of being in the country, it is located only 11 minutes from The homes of Coal Creek Landing are very unique, custom-built homes. “I stake my reputation on who we are and what we build,” says developer and builder Susan Todd. “I have the highest standards and won’t let anyone cut corners on any of the homes we build.” No two homes are alike in the Coal Creek Landing addition. Each is custom built and exhibits a unique individuality.

Ranging in size from 2,400 to 3,600 square feet, the luxurious homes of Coal Creek Landing offer the same amenities as many larger homes. Many extra features have been installed in both their construction and finishing. Todd says, “All our garages are insulated, and our sprinklers are standard. ‘Builder grade’ is a term we never consider when selecting the materials used in the construction of our homes.” Everything in Coal Creek Landing’s first-class homes exceeds specifications, including carpets, appliances, woodwork and cabinets.

Although the homes in the development have Jenks addresses, students who live at Coal Creek Landing attend nearby Glenpool schools. Last year’s eighth grade students in the Glenpool school system scored an average of 94 percent on the Oklahoma State Reading Test, the highest reading test score recorded for all Tulsa County schools.

Coal Creek Landing is a private, quiet development, located close to the future site of convenient commercial additions. Wal-Mart is currently planning to build a new store on a 58-acre plot, located at Highway 75 and 121st Street. Hotels and other developments are scheduled to be built on the same land. Tulsa Hills Mall, scheduled to open in early 2008, is currently under construction on Highway 75 between 71st and 81st Streets. Once completed, the mall will scale one mile, hosting Lowe’s, Target and many other retail stores.

If you and your family are looking for a high-quality home, enjoy a quiet, country setting and want to be close to the action and amenities of Tulsa, make the short drive to Coal Creek Landing and check the homes out. It just might be the best move you ever make.
