CCK Strategies Announces New Partners and COO

Tulsa and Frisco-based CCK Strategies is pleased to announce Kaitlin Flinn, CPA and Caleb Caldwell, CPA as new partners and Jim Hicks, MBA promotion to Chief Financial Officer/ Chief Operating Officer.

Kaitlin Flinn is known for her multi-national tax experience. Kaitlin joined CCK Strategies to pursue her passion - to help business owners envision the possibilities and develop an action plan to fulfill their dreams. Through her strategic advisory approach, Kaitlin provides client-confidence in her commitment to resolving challenges in today’s marketplace. In addition to international business, Kaitlin specializes in Multi-State Tax Compliance & Consulting, Tax Credit Research and Development, and Tax Research Solutions.

Caleb Caldwell helps business owners think through a problem with tenacity and perseverance – his never-give-up attitude. Helping clients solve problems that keep them up at night is what Caleb enjoys most about being a part of CCK Strategies. Caleb is energized by working with business owners around the globe, with clients in nearly all 50 states, and multiple jurisdictions worldwide.

Jim Hicks joined CCK as Chief Financial Officer. Jim’s plans for the Firm include executing business strategies and efficiencies. Jim works with CCK Partners to increase firm profitability and promote leadership through effective planning and communication in all areas of service, including human resources, marketing, and technology. Prior to joining CCK, Jim served in financial executive roles in manufacturing and oil and gas sectors within public and privately held companies.
