Service Manager Bill Duensing and Bill Knight care about building long-term relationships with their customers.

Bill Knight Ford’s service department is taking great strides to win and keep customers by providing great service in a variety of ways.

“One of our highest priorities is building long-term relationships with our customers,” says Bill Knight Ford service manager Bill Duensing. “We’re making customers for life. One of the ways we do that is with our Owner Advantage rewards program. You get rewarded every time you visit. When you sign up initially, you get $10 toward your next service, and after that we give you back five percent on the rewards card.” Additionally, you can track your transactions and earnings online.

“One of the things we’re most proud of is our employee tenure,” says Duensing. “We have a lot of long-term employees. The average tenure in our service and parts department is 14 years. I’ve been here for over 20 years. We get guys straight out of high school and they have been with us 10 or 12 years. That kind of experience makes the customers come back.

“Our people are our biggest asset. All our technicians are certified by Ford and the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. We have 17 Ford technicians – one is Senior Master certified and four are Master certified. We have two Jaguar technicians, and they’re some of the best in the area. One is Master certified through Jaguar, and the other is Gold certified. We’re also training our younger technicians with our advanced technicians for the future. All of this means that our technicians have a vested interest in giving our customers a positive experience.”

Bill Knight Ford has a state-of-the-art service center. “We have all the special equipment to work on your car, and we make sure we fix it right the first time,” says Duensing. “We work on Fords, Lincolns, and Mercurys every day. Who knows your car better than we do? And we have some of the most competitive prices in town.”

Bill Knight Ford hosts a new owners' clinic four times a year. “This is a great opportunity for our customers to see our facility, to talk about their warranty, the Owner Advantage program, or whatever else they’re interested in, and to see what Bill Knight has to offer them,” says Duensing.

Bill Knight Ford also offers other services to keep customers happy. “When a customer comes in, every car gets a quality care inspection report card,” says Duensing. “We look at their vehicle, and we give them a health report on it.” Bill Knight Ford also features the Knight Advantage: a lifetime warranty on new vehicles, a 90-day warranty on used vehicles, and a low price guarantee on all vehicles.

Bill Knight Ford offers a free shuttle service from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays. “If your car is in for service and you need a ride to and from work in the Tulsa metro area, we do that for you,” says Duensing.

“Our goal is to make sales and service a great experience for our customers,” says Duensing. “We want to give you the best experience you can ever have getting your car fixed or buying a new one.”

The Bill Knight Ford service department is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, call Bill Knight Ford or visit them on the web at  www.billknightauto.com.
