For most women, there are certain areas of the body that need extra attention and care. At ShapeXpress they have the right tools and the right attitude to get you into shape and give you the motivation to stay in shape. Whether you just want to tone and maintain your figure or if you want to lose those extra pounds, the ladies at ShapeXpress are there to help you reach your goals and give you that extra support you need to help you create healthier habits for life.

Sharon Daughtery, co-owner, will begin the Body for Life challenge beginning September 1. “I encourage women to take this challenge.” says Sharon. “We are helping women lose weight. We have a folder that shows them the everyday program or there is the Body for Life website where you can check online,” adds Sharon. Teresa Raines joined ShapeXpress after giving birth to her second child. She got back into shape using free weights, circuit training and cardio. Teresa states, “Some have surgery, some have liposuction. I have motivation and ShapeXpress”

The ShapeXpress program includes circuit training, the treadmill and weight machines. “We have coaches. We show women what they need to know. If you need help, our coaches are there to assist you,” states Sharon. “We have a cardio room. The basic membership comes with the use of the cardio room, circuit training machines and other amenities including use of showers, towels and curling irons. We also have an infrared [FAR] sauna. It has detoxifying benefits and it’s great for fibromyalgia, MS patients, patients completing chemo treatments, and those with heart conditions. It also enhances your tan and makes skin very soft. It’s a dry heat and you stay in the sauna for 20-30 minutes.” adds Sharon. ShapeXpress also offers packages with only the infrared sauna and shower use. The FAR sauna is a calorie-burning sauna and is FDA-approved for pain treatment. It assists with weight loss, reducing cellulite, relieving joint stiffness and eliminating harmful toxins frm the body. The sauna can burn up to 800 calories in one 30-minute session- which is burning more calories than jogging for 30 minutes.

ShapeXpress also carries a line of nutrition and weight loss products. “We carry proteins, energy boosters, weight loss accelerators, fat burners, vitamins, minerals and daily nutrition packs,” notes Sharon. The energy boosters are packed with vitamins, minerals and amino acids and are definitely a healthier option to sodas and coffee. All of these products are available at the ShapeXpress facility to offer you all the conveniences in one location.

Sharon states enthusiastically, “I want to thank Sapulpa and the surrounding areas for a successful year.” She adds, “We have a healthy Christian atmosphere. We encourage women to come. You can come in and take a tour and work out free the first time with no obligation. We really have a friendly staff.”

It’s obvious that the ladies at ShapeXpress are there to help you with weight loss and fitness goals and to give you the support you need to get fit, stay motivated and stay on track for life.

Hours are Monday to Friday 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
