Rod Hurley, Fixed Operations Director, shows you what to look for when help arrives.
Reliability and service are more than mere words at Bob Hurley Ford - they are the foundation of their business. They have recently implemented “Rescue Rangers” and “Winner’s Circle” programs which demonstrate their continued commitment to our community.
The new “Rescue Ranger” service offered by Bob Hurley Ford delivers. According to Rod Hurley, Fixed Operations Director, “This service gives drivers in need a little peace of mind.”
The Tulsa metro area has been served by this no-cost program since December of 2006. Hurley affirms, “It is a service our dealership offers to the local community. So far the response has been very good. We are helping at least five to six stranded drivers a day.”
The Rescue Ranger service operates during the morning and evening rush hour periods. The service is available Monday through Friday, during the hours of 7-9 a.m. and 3-6 p.m.
What does the program provide? Though it is not a repair service, a few roadside issues they are prepared to handle include: flat tire changes, fuel needs, a jump-start and contacting a towing service, if necessary.
To date, most responses have resulted from drive-up assistance. Program drivers observe a need and stop to offer help.

This assures motorists that they are qualified to provide assistance backed by Bob Hurley Ford. There is no charge or obligation to the driver.
“It is a simple way we want to provide a no-cost service to our community,” Hurley states. “There are ‘no strings attached’, simply call us if you need help and we will be there for you.”
Now that is peace of mind. The kind provided by a locally owned dealership many have already trusted for automotive reliability and performance.
Speaking of dedication to service and customer satisfaction, the dealership’s new Winner’s Circle provides existing customers an opportunity to benefit even more from satisfactory experiences at Bob Hurley Ford.
Purchase an automobile, experience outstanding customer service, have favorable encounters with the Bob Hurley Ford family of services and this new program rewards you for your efforts in sharing your positive experience with others and directing them to the dealership.
Randy Pierce is CSI Director (Customer Satisfaction Index). He facilitates and monitors the relationship between customers and their overall dealership encounter.
As a club member you receive a progressive reward fee for any successful referral. Over a 12 month period you are paid “referral fees” based on the number of buyers you refer. “We will treat your referrals with the same level of respect and dedication to service we give you,” Pierce guarantees.
Club members also have access to members’ only special events, notification of special functions and discounts, an informative monthly newsletter and opportunities to participate in charitable events.
“We want to create a ‘clubhouse atmosphere’ through the growing Winner’s Circle membership. Since it began 45 days ago, 200 people have joined,” says Pierce.
“The Winner’s Circle is a way to consistently benefit from your experience with our dealership. It is also a resourceful gathering place and a collective way to give back to the community.”
We envision doing more charitable events this year. The club’s first “Toy Run” in December got us started, and we see next year’s being even larger alongside other types of events,” Pierce adds with enthusiasm.
