The President’s Award, Ford Motor Company’s highest honor, acknowledges Ford dealerships that have led the United States in exceptional service and vehicle ownership experiences for their customers. The Ford Motor Company President’s Award is given annually to dealers who provide their customers with the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the lives of their Ford vehicles. Picked from a pool of nearly 5,000 dealerships, United Ford North in Tulsa has recently received the prestigious award.
All employees of United Ford North were honored with a luncheon in the dealership’s showroom. Executives of the Ford Motor Company from Dallas made the presentation of the President’s Award while attending the luncheon. United Ford General Manager Brad Gorges proudly accepted the award for the dealership and acknowledged that the honor was not just one person’s doing. He mentioned that it has taken the combination of every employee doing their parts to make United Ford the dealership it is.
“Earning this award is a reflection of our entire dealership and its attitude towards customer service and quality,” says United Ford North Fixed Operations Director Rusty Magiera. Magiera is responsible for both the parts and service departments at Ford North. “Our entire staff is committed to delivering the best customer experience possible, from the time of the sale through the life of the vehicle,” he adds.
United Auto Area Vice President Bill Knight told employees, “This is a great accomplishment and a really big deal. Don’t take this award for granted. It didn’t just happen. It took a team effort from each one of you.” Knight also told his employees that they positively represent Ford Motor Company to every customer who visits the United dealership.
Approximately 100 employees of United Ford North enjoyed a catered meal during the President’s Award presentation by Ford Motor Company executives.
Brad Gorges encouraged employees by telling them that United Ford North is on track for winning the award again in 2007. There were only five Ford dealerships in the entire state of Oklahoma that won the award for 2006.
