A Tuesday Tradition

Free Starlight concerts will be held July 10, 17 and 24 at River West Festival Park, 2100 S. Jackson in Tulsa.

Starlight’s Jazz Orchestra musicians will perform June 12.

Starlight Concerts is proud to announce its 66th season of free concerts. Starlight Band is Oklahoma’s only professional concert band and features over 50 of Green Country’s finest musicians. It is one of only a handful of professional concert bands in the United States.  

    Starlight’s concerts are held at 8 p.m. at River West Festival Park, located at 2100 S. Jackson in Tulsa. Upcoming shows will be July 10: “Under the Big Top”; July 17: “Night at the Movies”; and July 24: “Sinatra Tribute.”   

    Starlight’s concerts are ideal entertainment for the entire ­family. The festival park offers free parking and is accessible to those with disabilities. Concessions will be available, including offerings from Tidal School Vineyards. The public is invited to bring blankets, lawn chairs, picnic dinners and pet dogs on leashes.

    Guarantor sponsors for the 2012 season are the Oklahoma Arts Council and the Treeman Family Foundation in honor of Jeff Treeman.
