Kari West, personal banker, has received training to operate the U.S. Postal Service facility at American Heritage Bank.

From work, school, caring for children and taking care of everything else in our busy lives, sometimes there are just not enough hours in the day to accomplish it all. American Heritage Bank, known for its innovation and services to business and individuals, has made it easy for its patrons to find a few extra minutes in their daily schedules. Its new branch, which opened in August at 71st and South Union in Tulsa, features a post office in the main lobby.

The new branch’s U.S. Postal Service outlet offers all the products and services found in a regular post office. “The addition of a post office to our bank lobby is an added value for our appreciated customers,” says Tami Fleak, branch operations manager. “We will continue doing our best to make each banking experience convenient and enjoyable for patrons.” Services available include: certified, first class and priority mail, priority mail containers, signature-required confirmation, receipt upon arrival, express mail services, mail insurance, envelopes and shipping materials and change-of-address forms. A variety of stamps are available, including super heroes and the Forever Stamp.

American Heritage Bank’s 71st and South Union branch provides convenient, full-service banking and postal services. Customers are guaranteed high-quality, personal assistance. To make sure of that, selected bank employees have undergone U.S. Postal Service training to operate the post office. The new, beautiful facility takes pride in giving back to the community. Stop by today and see how convenient the added services can make your day.

Lobby hours for American Heritage Bank’s 71st and South Union branch are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The lobby is closed on Saturday. Mail in the collection box in the drive-thru is collected at 1:15 p.m. daily, and all mail inside the bank goes out at 4 p.m. everyday.

American Heritage Bank’s Tulsa branch has recently opened a full-service post office in its lobby.
