McGraw Realtors has recently welcomed J. Carol Realtors to its team of real estate professionals. J. Carol Taylor, owner of and broker for J. Carol Realty, has been active in the Tulsa-area real estate market for nearly 30 years. A Sand Springs native, Taylor worked the Tulsa market for several years prior to directing her attention to the expanding Bixby market in 1988. Following her movement to Bixby, she established J. Carol Realtors.
After experiencing much success and growth in the real estate business, Taylor built her first office on South Memorial. By 2005, the company’s sales and staff literally outgrew the building. To accommodate her growing business, Taylor built a beautiful, 6,500-square-foot office building at 11719 S. Memorial, the company’s current location.
On October 1, Taylor made another business move to further help buyers and sellers meet their goals. J. Carol Realtors merged with McGraw Realtors, and Taylor was given the role of managing broker of the Bixby/Memorial office. J. Carol Realtors is proud to be part of McGraw Realtors, Green Country’s first realty company to have more than $1 billion in annual listing volume. The stand-out company has repeated this accomplishment every year since 2004.
Taylor has been honored numerous times for her accomplishments and successes in real estate. She has earned the designations of Certified Relocation Professional and New Home Construction Specialist. In addition to her professional successes, she has been involved in the Bixby Chamber of Commerce and in various other civic committees. She currently serves on the Arbitration and Ethics Panel at the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors.
