Assurance Overhead Doors sales representative Chuck Billy says that the company pledges to provide its customers with affordable, high-quality products and service.
This is the tenth year of doing business in northeastern Oklahoma for Chuck Billy and the Broken Arrow-based Assurance Overhead Doors, Inc. It is the only overhead garage door company in this part of the state that sells and services made-in-Oklahoma Mid-America garage doors, manufactured in Ponca City.
These doors are made of the highest quality steel and are available in 24- and 25-gauge (the lower the number, the thicker the steel). Assurance is also an authorized dealer for Chamberlain overhead door openers. The company sells these top-notch products, and services any make or model of garage door or opener.
“Our pledge to customers is to provide economically affordable products without skimping on quality,” says Chuck. Although the company’s posted hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, they extend their services beyond regular hours and offer 24-hour emergency garage door and opener assistance.
With a commitment to excellence and the highest standards of service, it’s easy to understand why Assurance Overhead Doors has gained the trust of the greater Tulsa area. “We truly believe that when you call us, you’re going to experience the industry’s finest service in meeting all of your garage door needs, and at a very fair price,” says Chuck.
All products and work are warranted, and each associate is bonded and insured. Every service call automatically includes a 14-point garage door inspection identifying potential trouble spots that could affect the performance of the door and opener.
When you contact Assurance, even for a weekend or night-time emergency, your call will be received by a service person and not a recording. You will never have to wait for a call back, or wonder if or when you might get your garage door repaired.
Assurance Overhead Doors truly emphasizes customer service, and most clients receive service the same day they call. And when you schedule your appointment, a serviceman will be at your door within a two-hour window. “When you need us, we’re going to be there,” says Chuck. “There’s always someone ready to take your call.” If an Assurance associate doesn’t show up within the two-hour window specified, you will be given a discount on the necessary services.
If you’re moving to a new home, are tired of looking at your old garage door, have doors that no longer function as they should, or would just like to pump up your home’s curb appeal, now is a good time to call for a free inspection and estimate to put a happy face back on your garage.
Chuck says that the company receives many calls from homeowners whose garage doors have gotten loud over the years and make a lot of strange noises. A good piece of advice is to replace a door’s rollers every six to seven years. Today’s rollers utilize steel 11-ball bearings and are made with nylon caps, which are more durable, are quieter, and will outlast yesterday’s all-steel rollers.
More good advice is to get a maintenance inspection on garage doors every two years, as springs can become relaxed and need adjustment or replacement. A little periodic maintenance will go a long way in extending the life of your doors.
