This year marks Mill Creek’s 75th anniversary. For decades they have been providing Oklahomans with quality products and extraordinary service.

Mill Creek Home Improvements houses a large showroom at 6201 S. 129th E. Ave. in Broken Arrow, complete with huge inventories that include windows by Philips (Marquee), Weather Shield, Don Young, Soft-Lite, Pro View and Quaker, plus doors by Weather Shield, Don Young, Classic Door, Philips, DW and Quaker. Mill Creek’s siding lines include Norandex, CertainTeed and Variform.

With today’s continually rising cost of energy becoming a major concern, it’s important for windows and doors to be engineered with the highest energy efficiency ratings possible. The windows and doors offered by Mill Creek are of the highest form and function available. The materials and designs utilized today have improved significantly over the years.

Mill Creek also offers porch covers, patio covers, custom-sized storage sheds, and custom-designed porch decks. A second showroom is scheduled to open in March at 7727 E. 41st St. in Tulsa.

In addition to offering their lineup of quality home products, the Mill Creek staff installs the windows, doors, siding, car ports, storage sheds, decks and patio covers that they sell.

March 12 through 15 marks the dates of the 59th annual Greater Tulsa Home & Garden Show, presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa. The show will be held at the QuikTrip Center at Expo Square and is the home improvement event of the year – “One that you won’t want to miss,” according to Mill Creek Home Improvements manager Jack Fenix. “Visit our exhibit at the show and get a sampling of the many fine products and services available from Mill Creek.”

Imperial Soft-Lite high performance windows are new to northeastern Oklahoma. “They are one of the top-rated windows for energy conservation on the market today,” says Mill Creek window specialist Scott Surface. “And they are offered exclusively in our area by Mill Creek.”

These windows have an industry-leading certified performance rating, an engineered sloped sill, and a beautifully detailed bevel face with lots of curb appeal. They also have a host of other impressive design features and a lifetime warranty. Soft-Lite has been a leading manufacturer of windows since 1934 and takes pride in offering products that provide beauty and energy efficiency in any home.

Mill Creek’s new lineup of custom buildings includes formats from 12-foot-by-12-foot to 12-foot-by-20-foot. These storage buildings are nicely designed and have features such as 16-inch centers throughout. Most competitive storage buildings are built on 24-inch centers for both walls and roofs. “Our buildings are totally customizable,” says Fenix, “including roof styles, optional vinyl siding exteriors, the option to add windows, double doors, and door openings from three to six feet.” The custom roofs have no trusses, permitting extra space for storage. The buildings can be insulated and equipped with finished walls inside, and all Mill Creek buildings are built on site.

Be sure to visit Mill Creek Home Improvements at the Greater Tulsa Home & Garden Show at Expo Square on March 12 through 15. You’ll be amazed at all of the quality products and services they offer to Oklahoma homeowners. Visit one of the two showrooms as well to see an entire array of products and meet their knowledgeable staff.
