Claremore Lake 4th of July Festivities will take place on Saturday, June 29 this year!
In preparation for the celebration, Claremore Lake Park will close at 10 pm on Thursday, June 28. The park will remain closed until Saturday, June 29.
At 6:00 pm on June 29, the Claremore Lake Park will re-open to the public. The evening will kick off with the National Anthem and Raising of the Flag by the Claremore Fire Department at 6:30 pm followed by music provided by a DJ, and family fun until the fireworks show begins at approximately 9:30 pm
Limited concessions will be available with proceeds benefiting local Boy Scout troops. Limited handicap and motorcycle parking is only available in the park. Other attendees can use free parking at Stampede Park adjacent to Claremore Lake Park. A shuttle service will be provided.
No private fireworks, pets, use of public/private grills, or alcoholic beverages are allowed in Claremore Lake Park. No boats, canoes, or kayaks allowed in the water during the event.
