Tulsa Area Fourth of July Celebrations Guide

The skies are set to ignite this Fourth of July! Gather your family and friends for a night full of fireworks, fun, and food.  Enjoy a patriotic evening and celebrate the things that have made America the wonderful country that it is.
These events are sure to have something for everyone. If you’re planning on throwing your own bash, keep in mind these safety tips to ensure that everyone has a fun-filled and safe time.

•  Always read and follow label directions
•  Buy from reliable sellers
•  Use outdoors only
•  Always have water handy
•  Only shoot from a hard, flat level surface
•  Never experiment or make your own fireworks
•  Light only one firework at a time
•  Never re-light a  firework
      (Wait 15 minutes then soak it in water)
•  Never give fireworks to small children
•  Never throw or point fireworks at other people
•  Never carry fireworks in your pocket
•  Never shoot fireworks in metal or glass containers
•  The shooter should always wear eye protection
     and never have any part of the body over
     the firework
•  Stay away from illegal explosives
