Drysdales offers holiday gift ideas for the whole family.

The tree is trimmed, the lights are up, and the stockings are hung on the mantel. Christmas brings many joys, but gift shopping is not always one of them. You’ve fought the lines on Black Friday and searched every store in the mall, but somehow still have a few names on your holiday gift list. So, where else can shoppers go to check off not just one name, but all of them?

“We’re not everything to everybody, but we have something for everybody,” Jim McClure, owner of Drysdales Western Wear said.

Jim has owned two Tulsa Drysdales locations for 35 years, and knows there are treasures to be found in every corner of his stores. From casual and traditional western apparel to unique home goods and children’s toys, you’ll find the perfect gift for every loved one at Drysdales during this holiday season.

“One thing I’ve always said is Drysdales is a one-stop-shop,” said Leigh Ann Offield, Senior Ladies Buyer at Drysdales. “They can get an array of gifts for the whole family.”

Going to a store with so many options can be a little overwhelming, however, so where do you begin? At the boots, of course.

“Nowhere else do you see this many boots, so psychologically you know what you want is here, you just have to look for it,” Jim explains. “It’s not like going in a store where they only have four pairs.”

When Jim says you’ll see a lot of boots, he means it. With more than forty thousand pairs, Drysdales offers customers seemingly endless options for style, size and color. Drysdales has all the best selling brands like Justin, Tony Lama, Ariat, Lucchese, Twisted X, Dan Post, Anderson Bean and more. If you’re looking past traditional western boots, you can visit the extensive selection of both steel and non-steel toed work boots, as well as fire resistant footwear.

The choices don’t stop there because Drysdales has plenty of boots for the youngsters on your list starting at just $29.99. Once you’ve found the perfect pair, it’s time to head over to the rows of children’s toys and collectibles. From cozy plush stuffed animals to Breyer Horses, you’ll find more than enough to fill space underneath the tree.

“Because we’re one of the largest Breyer dealers, we get the exclusives and people will come in and buy five at a time, just because they’re limited editions,” Leigh Ann said.

Drysdales also has the best selection for the Trail of Painted Ponies collector’s line. The collection comes out with Christmas additions, ornaments and new models every year.

Of course, when you think of western wear, you think of denim. There isn’t a fit or style you won’t be able to find, with more than one-hundred thousand pairs of jeans to pick from. According to Jim, he tells shoppers, “If you need denim, come and get ‘em.”

Drysdales has everything from Levi’s and Wrangler to Big Star and Miss Me brands. When looking for more clothing options, you can find brands like Under Armour, Carhartt and other popular lines of leisure and workwear.

For a store as large as Drysdales, gift options are nearly endless. Choose among leather handbags, handmade Indian jewelry, and both western and traditional hats, just to name a few. Drysdales also has specialty items for conceal and carry, such as jackets, holsters and purses. But, you’re not out of choices yet. From dinnerware and copper statues to Pendleton blankets and bedding, you can find an item to spruce up any room in the house.

When your Christmas shopping is complete, you’ll need festive wrapping before stacking your loot under the tree. Shoppers can use a variety of patterns and colors to personalize gift wrapping sets that include a bag and tissue paper. You can also shop for items online and pick them up at either Drysdales location on 32nd  and Memorial or 71st and Highway 169.

The friendly staff at Drysdales invites you to come and see the array of products and services they offer for all your holiday gift-giving needs.
